The private beach was idyllic and the view from our balcony was amazing, but

The breakfast offerings were quite limited, with stale bread and repetitive options each morning. The staff were generally friendly, but the hotel layout made access to amenities challenging at times. A solid stay with beautiful surroundings but room for improvement in service and culinary variety.

The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a beach area, just next door to the public transport system as well as a long alleyway. The rooms were beautifully maintained and new-fashioned with private bathrooms. It faced the sea. The service was excellent and the location was marvellous and incredible.

The place was clean, I booked the double room with sea views, everything was great. The location was exceptionally nice for me as it was adjacent to minute walking to the centre, both the center of town and the centro historico and the common.

The location was beautiful and lovely, for example, Porta Carlo Iii was not too far away from the hotel. We ate at a fantastic restaurant for lunch and dinner. The services were exceptional!

Big hotel with a great pool and a great location in front of the sea. Excellent service and the food is outstanding. You can park the car on-site.

Had a great time at Serapo! The view from our balcony was unbeatable, and the private beach was fantastic-warm and shallow, perfect for lounging. The breakfast on the terrace was nice but a bit repetitive. A solid experience in a charming location!

the hotel has cleaning

1) wi-fi only on reception - rooms don't have it 2) there is no fridge in rooms, 3) there is no king-size bed at the whole hotel - everywhere 2 beds together - which is very inconvenient

Without any prevention hotel have included in cost of room using umbrellas and stove benches on a beach, and these are 20 euros a day

Cozy Mediterranean garden. Crystal clear private beach.

Room lacked sufficient sound isolation, allowing noise from neighboring rooms to easily penetrate. Found limited breakfast options that didn't change over my stay, leading to a sense of redundancy in dining choices. The balcony door was broken upon arrival, causing unnecessary delays in getting settled.

A very spacious well run hotel which I would recommend to anyone visiting the area. We were well looked after, the rooms very comfortable and the food was good. The only down side was the occasional smell of smoke in the rooms from the air conditioning.

Clean and spacious single room. Balcony with sea view. Breakfast is buffet style. Good value for money. The Serapo beach in front of the hotel is very nice. The bus stop for Formia at 100 metres.

The open-air night club below my room played very loud music to the early morning, the floor and the furniture were shaking from the bass. No chairs on the balcony in February.
